Why We Exist

Louise built SpeakELITE around one belief: the world is full of extraordinary people who have quietly stopped believing they're extraordinary. Thirty years of building businesses, standing on stages, and helping others find theirs, taught her the same lesson every time. The knowledge was never the problem. The permission was.

SpeakELITE exists to hand that permission back: to remind every leader and expert we work with exactly how good they are, then build the confidence, positioning and platform to prove it, on stages that pay them what they're worth.

We don't just teach positioning. We pass on decades of business and speaking experience so our clients don't have to learn the hard way what we already know. We build people back up, emotionally and energetically, until "I could never do that" becomes "when's my next stage?"
