Ewen came to SpeakELITE with deep expertise but no clear speaker identity, the common gap between "knows the subject" and "gets booked to speak on it." We worked through positioning first: what he uniquely knows, who needs to hear it, and how to say it in a way an organiser remembers.

David came to SpeakELITE having discounted himself from the "Experts Who Speak" market entirely.
